Welcome to our Shipping Policy page! Here, we provide all the essential information you need to know about our shipping process before making a purchase at Hovoshop. This includes our shipping areas, delivery times, costs, and some important notes.

1. Shipping Areas

Currently, we accept and ship orders throughout the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

2. Processing and Shipping Time

After you place an order, our team requires 1–2 business days to process and prepare it for shipment. Please note that this processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

The estimated shipping time is approximately 5–7 business days, which may vary depending on your geographical location.

Therefore, the total estimated delivery time will be about 6–9 business days (including both processing and shipping).

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer one standard shipping option with a flat rate for all domestic US orders.

Standard Shipping: 

Flat rate: $6.99

We partner with carriers such as UPS and USPS to ship your orders to you.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to be updated.

5. Important Note

Incorrect address: We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned, you may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Unforeseen delays: While we always strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please understand that shipping times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons (holidays).

Lost or damaged packages: In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, which may involve a refund or a new shipment.
